8月24日下午1點(diǎn),在北京國際書展的大師廚房,由中國輕工業(yè)出版社舉辦了瘋狂烤箱烤出健康的活動。現(xiàn)場吸引了眾多觀眾參加,作者梅依舊和觀眾互動表演,熱鬧非凡。
《瘋狂烤箱 從菜鳥到高手》一書得到了大家的極高認(rèn)可。天貓還進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場直播。梅依舊老師從新書《瘋狂烤箱 從菜鳥到高手》中選擇了三款省時易做的烤箱美食。烤羊肉串、牙簽牛肉、干酪烤口蘑。每款基本只需十五分鐘即可。用電烤箱烤制的食品是非常健康的,也是被眾多營養(yǎng)師推崇的一種烹飪方式。
