8月24日上午11:00開始,在北京國際圖書博覽會上的大師廚房,舉辦了一場用心的烘焙之旅-—第44屆世界技能大賽烘焙項目冠軍現(xiàn)場面包制作課,由中國首位世界面包冠軍王森國際西點西餐學校蔡葉昭,通過《一場用心的烘焙之旅》一書進行烘焙類圖書的場景化營銷,向觀眾普及世界技能大賽的知識,傳播世界級面包制作經(jīng)驗和技巧,鼓勵年輕人用技能點亮夢想。
蔡葉昭現(xiàn)場重現(xiàn)了一款在第44屆世界技能大賽現(xiàn)場制作的藝術面包,并請觀眾品嘗。同時進行了生動的現(xiàn)場問答、簽名售書活動。國際美食大賽評委會主席君度先生親臨現(xiàn)場,與蔡葉昭進行了親切的交流。活動現(xiàn)場同時還進行了天貓直播、抖音直播和一直播,參與現(xiàn)場直播的觀眾近80000人。中國輕工業(yè)出版社社領導龍志丹出席了本次活動。
